Head Researcher

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced Head Researcher to support our CEO in understanding emerging technologies and key topics. The research will be used to create thought-leadership pieces, inform social media content, and guide investment and business development decisions. This is a full-time, remote-flexible position with a competitive salary based on experience. Candidates from European or Asian time zones are preferred, and relocation to Phuket, Thailand is a plus but not mandatory. Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or Finance)
Proven experience in conducting research, preferably within the blockchain or technology industry
Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to synthesize complex information and present it in a clear and accessible manner
Strong understanding of blockchain technology, development frameworks, and cryptocurrency markets
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a remote team
Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
CFA or CRM qualification is a plus

Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies, development frameworks, and industry trends relevant to blockchain and cryptocurrency markets
Synthesize research findings into clear, concise, and actionable insights for the CEO and other key stakeholders
Produce thought-leadership pieces, blog posts, and other written content based on research findings
Inform the content of social media platforms, such as YouTube, by providing research-driven insights and suggestions
Collaborate with the CEO to shape investment and business development strategies based on research insights
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry to ensure the company remains at the forefront of innovation
Participate in team meetings and discussions, providing valuable input and contributing to the overall success of the company
